HEY HEY HEYYYYYYYY!!!!
Ohhhh myy I haven't published a proper entry in decadesssssss....... well okkaaaai a littttttle exaggerating. Yeah just by a bit. :D
SO many major events have passed like Racial Harmony Day, National Day, the 2012 London Olympics (which I didn't really follow hahahaha except for a teeny weeny bit of women Volleyball (Brasil against the USA!))......... well actually only 3. It's either 3 or I just can't remember the rest of them OOPSIE DAISY!
But before I could even talk about happy things imma talk about the crappy things that I (proudly) overcame!!!!!!!
OK SO my 2012 haven't been going MY way but I'm just going with the flow because..... yeah I just go with thee flow. Tests after tests, school work after school work and boyyy I don't even want to start talking about NDP meetings (glad it's over!) I had to attend. AND there's till CCA 'til 6:30pm on even days! (Tues Thurs Sat) Someone please give me a full explanation on how JC/Poly/Uni students survive with the amount of school work thrown at them..... do they have sufficient time to even breathe?
Ok wait I sound like I'm whining but on a second thought, I'm actually used to it. Sleeping late because of school work is just like waking up at 6 every morning.... Let's put it this way; you don't want to but you HAVE to. I guess I'm finally embracing my Secondary 3 life :(
It took me approximately 4-5 weeks to finally get my studying mood omg please tell me I'm not alone! Only after week 5 then I started writing down the homework assigned for us. I have this bad habit (which I didn't have when I was in lower secondary) of doing last minute work omg omg this is really bad D: Well this explains my disgusting results this year hahahaha I just can't be hard working. It's really hard to start work every. single. time!! Procrastination ALWAYS takes over me. Such a bad, BAD habit.
MOVING ON.
Racial Harmony Day..... I can't remember what happened because it was 3 or 4 weeks ago. But it was great seeing everyone in their different ethnic costumes! All them colorful human beings walking around with cameras taking random pictures.
my bhest fwienzxc has grown sooooo tall! :'(

there's just something about this picture :D

And behold...........................................................
If you didn't realize that's totally a garbage bag and some fancy Christmas decoration he's wearing HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA IT'S. JUST. TOO. HILARIOUS!!!!!!!! Omg :'D
I didn't bring a freaken camera because my brother didn't charge it ahhhhhh wasted chance!!!! But I guess most of the team pic were from Chow's cam? Thanks Chow!! Attention to Nadine at the last team picture. Ohhh yessss offf course she just HAD to do that LOL.
I was anticipating for people to perform for the concert segment but... :(
Imma leave NDP for the last part so; 2012 London Olympics!
Well so basically I only watched women's Brasil (I like it this way) vs USA just because they were the 2 teams I look up to. And also because of my Destinee Hooker!!!! ♥ ♥ the Americans did a great job during the first match with 25-11 but in the end Brasil won :( Ahhhh complacency took over. But it's okayyyyy there's still 2016!
AND THENNNNN National Day preparation!!!!!!
I'm part of the NDP committee along with the other 13 sports leaders; Nadine, Candy (they did a GREAT job though ♥ ♥ !), Tryphena, Joey, Kaiern, Bernard, Luqman, Zac, Kahlin, Farhana, Yuanxin and Zaiqi. I was in the level-activity committee. Ok so this is my very first time planning an event with only 14 people. I never knew that only students plan a school event, I've always thought that teachers were the planners and I gave crappy feedbacks about the event. Now I take back my words because you really have to commit. Staying back on Fridays until 6:30, not having a late day for almost the whole term and thinking of the level-activites. (Which was really challenging because it's really hard to please a whole cohort.)
Well I have to say that I was pretty committed. I'm not praising myself but I think I attended almost all the meetings except for 1 or 2? Just because my two heads (Candy/Nadine) were really fun to be with and they make the meeting productive especially when we're all tired and just talking about crazy shits.
There was one time I was really sick and I mean s i c k with all the headaches and my nose be runnin' (if you get what I mean) and just coughing like no tomorrow and there was a meeting after school. We had to make the examples for the respective level activities that was due the next day. I decided to stay and help because I couldn't bare to leave my committee hanging :') andddddddd I was in charge of the video montage. It was a Friday, Luqman, Bernard and I were supposed to go around and interview people. It sure was tiring but it was a fun experience going around and witnessing people being interviewed. There were quite a lot of hilarious ones like that guy who loved Singapore's blue skies and his home was where he 'could decorate his own toilet'.
AND THEN I edited the video, thinking it'd be DA BOMB when the whole school watches it and just visualizing the whole school laughing their asses off watching it butttttttt it was rejected D: I swear I didn't know it had to be a serious one............. of course I was pretty demoralized because I stayed up late finishing that video and didn't do my school work that day. The feeling is just like; working hard for something + excited to know the positive feedbacks but in the end the whole thing was just turned down..... but never mind it was just one of those crappy days where you just have a bad day. I edited a new video anyway and turned out that people actually appreciated it. Nothing is better than your effort being noticed AND appreciated!!! When the video montage ended during the concert segment and when I heard the audience applaud, THEN I was really really proud of my work :)(:
On the same day I also edited a video with all the deleted scenes (posted on my previous post) because I think it's not fair interviewing so many people and only showing half of them! Hahahaha I LOVED the outcome :')
Overall I think working with the committee was amazing, especially with Nadine and Candy. I'm much closer to Candy now, she's such a fun person to be with!! I also worked with her during the Sec 2 camp 2012 (Logism). Who wouldn't want to spend time with her man?!
Okkkkk sooooo I think I'm done.... I guess that bored the crap out of you. But too bad :P I'm gonna survive the next 2 weeks of school. I hope.
OH WAIT.
Did I mention how crazy and random these hobos can get? I told them to say something creative and they ended up talking about chairs, digital clocks, turtles.. you name it.
And then after 10 years Hsenid finally came into the conversation.
don't even ask me how and why this whole chunk of words came about....

LOL at the last part, 'I am Akbar' SOOOOO CREATIVE HAHAHAHAHAAHHA yknow when you're really having a bad day and you're just doing your school work at night and out of the blue your phone starts ringing like crazy and you read the whole conversation (it doesn't make sense most of the time but I already got used it) and it's just like as if 'bad day' didn't exist in your dictionary! They might not know but I can really count on these homeless dudes :'D
I'm gonna end hereeeeeee!!!
TTFN :D
